Our Heros.

Sometimes, the good people in the world don't get a proper mention. They go un-noticed even though what they did during their lives was something none of us would even dream of doing. The guts and determination of some people should be given more thought.. and we should strive to become as brilliant as these people were.

This morning, a body of a 23 year old man was found after he had jumped in to save a 10 year old boy from drowning. He jumped in, rescued the boy, swam him to safety and then disappeared.. drowning himself. This man gave up his own life, in order to save someone else's.

This man was a true hero.

Children look up to famous singers or movie stars who are only famous for.. being famous. But why isn't anybody's role model someone who saved someone's life? Why are kids looking up to bad singers and bad actors when someone real has given up his life, in order to save a complete stranger.
